*** If your item is eligible for a 7-day warranty/guarantee against DOA, then you may request to return the item if it is defective. You must request an Return Authorization (RA) within 7-days by clicking here to send us an email. At our sole option, we will ship you a replacement or refund your money. As stated in the Auction Rules, compatibility is the buyer's responsibility-- we will not issue a refund or make an exchange if you bid on the wrong part. Shipping costs associated with any return are the responsibility of the Purchaser and will not be reimbursed. If an item is returned without an Return Authorization (RA) Form, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% restock fee.

We cannot accommodate any requests for pickups. All items must be shipped.
